The New Moorings 464 Powercat Born from nearly 30 years of catamaran design experience, with an injection of new thinking. The newest motor yacht to join our fleet hits all the spots in terms of style, innovation, luxury and size. The new Moorings 464PC boasts splendor, with plenty of outdoor living spaces, and all of the home-away-from-home accommodations and comfort of her big sister. Discover power-oriented styling that is understated, simple, and elegant, with a rectangular window running the entire length of the interior accommodation. The interior finishes and styling are the work of a new collaboration between the design team and Ali Beetge of Lijn Architectural Interiors. The galley is outfitted with a domestic-sized refrigerator/freezer to make provisioning a cinch. Additionally, we have added a dedicated prep area for the galley to flow seamlessly.  Large, retractable sliding glass doors leading from the aft cockpit to the galley fuse indoor/outdoor entertainment on the main level. The aft cockpit provides a U-shaped settee with a large dining table-sized to seat eight comfortably. The flow is seamless with access to the foredeck through the forward saloon door. Just like its predecessors over the previous 30-odd years, it hails from the fleet of Oceanis monohulls. It was recently won the « European Yacht of the Year » award, thereby amply justifying the great feedback it has been getting since it was first showcased at the Cannes Yachting Festival.  The Moorings 46.3 is boat for demanding owners who are on the lookout for a cruiser which will whet the appetites of both crews and bystanders hanging around the marina. The superb design of the hull is the brainchild of Finot-Conq, the famous naval architects working out of Vannes. They have designed model with a wide-beam, high performance hull, characterized by a novel step one third of the way along, and which is steered by a pair of twin rudders. The uncluttered deck layout and the fact that the hull widens out towards the stern, ensures that the helmsman has a reassuringly clear view of what is going on in front of him.   As soon as you step onto the electrically-powered swim platform, you will immediately be struck by the size of the cockpit: it is almost as wide as it is long and is divided in the middle by a massive table which can comfortably seat all the members of the crew. You can even invite two extra guests onboard as the saloon table can convert into a double bed if required.
