As stated in the video, there are plenty of other factors to take into account. And of course, stability alone isn't the end-all, be-all trait of any specific model. All boats have their up-sides and their down-sides. But a boat that isn't very stable will not only be uncomfortable, it'll often lead to misery aboard, as your crew gets green around the gills and starts suffering from seasickness.
